Tuition Incentive Program
Tuition Incentive Program (”TIP”)Â represents free tuition and fees for almost one-third of Muskegon County students. Â Any person who has been on Medicaid for twenty-four of thirty-six consecutive months at anytime during their life is eligible. Â The TIP application form must be completed and submitted after grade six but before the student completes high school.Â
